Parenting in a time of climate and ecological crisis requires a different outlook to parenting practices of our own childhoods. If you have a child who is climate aware and is experiencing climate distress, it can be hard to know how to respond.
Consultation can help you detangle your own worries from those of your child, helping you show up and parent in a grounded and nurturing way.
